How to Turn 5 Rental Properties Into 100+ Doors!

Many investors dream of owning a big apartment someday with 100 doors but it can often feel like something impossible. The cool thing is that most people who own a few small rentals now, are not nearly as far away as they might think!
We are going to host local investor Tim Swierczek to tell his story about how he recently started transitioning his local rental portfolio of mostly small duplexes in Minneapolis and St Paul, into large apartment buildings out of state! Oh, and did I mention he is doing this with basically no cash out of pocket??
Whether you have experience investing in real estate or are just starting to think about it, come meet like minded people and listen to some inspiring stories.
