Listen, my dudes. I don't like house hunting. My partner and I spent 7 months between two realtors looking at 50+ houses and making several offers that didn’t pan out. I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough! He helped me with both buying my current home, and selling my previous home. He was very quick to respond to my emails, extremely knowledgeable about the Minneapolis market, and provided detailed documentation about comps in my area. Ryan was an absolute delight to work with! He was prompt, really had a strong understanding of the market and was able to guide us through the process as first time home buyers! Personally what I loved about him was how he didn’t push us, he was patient and didn’t try to under sell or over sell anything ! He is a straight up genuine non douchy kinda guy who just will let you get to your decisions at your own pace ! My husband and I won’t be looking anywhere else for our next property! Ryan jumped in to help me write up an offer on a place I wanted within less than 1 day. With a more complicated seller (bank), he stuck with me the whole time, and went above what was expected to make sure we closed on the house in a reasonable time! If he didn't know an answer to one of my many questions, he always worked to find it and got back to me very quickly.
